Ask: Users can inquire about safety protocols and regulations or get advice on how to handle specific safety issues. Additionally, the system allows users to upload a picture of the construction site for a visual safety inspection, and Safety Sentinel 3 will provide an instant safety evaluation and comments based on the image.
Report: This option guides the user through the process of reporting incidents, near-misses, inspections, or other safety-related activities in real-time using structured prompts to ensure capturing all critical information. Download Word documents to a place you have access to later. These reports will be uploaded for the Analyze function.
Analyze: Safety Coordinators can select this option to analyze data from past reports, incidents, audits, and training sessions. The tool provides insights, trends, and compliance feedback, making it easier to identify areas for improvement. You will need to upload the Word document for analysis, and when prompted, type ‘List Analysis Options’ to select the specific analysis you want done.
